| Ctrl click the screen layer to get the selection. |

| From filter menu select noise>>add noise. |

| Apply settings as shown. |

| Duplicate the layer and press Ctrl+F to apply the effect again. Create one more duplicate of this layer and press Ctrl+F again. |

| Now we have three layers with noise effect. Switch to imageready. |

| Make sure you have your animation and layer palette open. In animation palette select the initial frame. In layer palette hide the second and third noise layer. In animation palette "press duplicate current frame" icon. |

| Select the duplicate frame. |

| Hide the first noise layer and unhide the second noise layer. |
 |
| Duplicate one more frame. With this frame selected hide the second noise layer and unhide the third one. |

| Select all three frames and click on duration to open the duration popup. Select 0.2 seconds as the delay time. |

| You can click the play button to see the preview of the animation. Once you are satisfied take output by clicking file>>save optimized. |
