| Create a circular thin frame shape using custom shape tool. |

| Place on top of the bin and fill with light gray color. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. |

| Create an elliptical selection using elliptical marquee tool. |

| Press Shift+Ctrl+D to feather the selection. Use settings as shown. |

| Fill the selection with gray color. |
 |
| Using custom shape tool (U), create a recycle shape. |
 |
| Merge all layers. Using lasso tool create selection of extra outer glow and press delete. |
