Step one:

Start with a #222014 background canvas.

Duplicate the background canvas and go to Filter > Noise > Add noise.

Set the blending mode to Color Dodge and Opacity level to 42.

Add Noise

Amount: 10.23
Distribution: Gaussian
Monochromatic: Check

Step two:

Write your text, I used this font settings, Eurostile, Bold, 72 pt, Smooth and #58583C. Whats great about this technique is that it will turn a normal font to something grudgy so if you start out with a grudge / gothic type font the final will look even better. But on all of my tutorials, I use as much default as possible so it's easier for everyone to follow.

Step three:

Add the following layer-styles:

Inner Glow Structure Blend Mode: Color Burn Opacity: 25 Noise: 0 Color: #95906A Elements Technique: Softer Source: Edge Choke: 0 Size: 0 Quality Contour: Default Anti-aliased: Uncheck Range: 50 Jitter: 0 Stroke Structure Size: 1 Position: Outside Blend Mode: Normal Opacity: 100 Fill Type: Color Color: #000000

Satin Structure Blend Mode: Color Dodge Color: #D3E778 Opacity: 73 Angle: -27 Distance: 19 Size: 14 Contour: Picture below Anti-aliased: Uncheck Invert: Check Pattern Overlay Pattern Blend Mode: Color Burn Opacity: 100 Pattern: Picture below Scale: 29

Step four:

Load select the entire text then create a new layer and fill it with this color #EBEF52.

Go to Filter > Blur > Guassian blur > Radius: 3.8 px.

Move the layer behind the main text layer and set the blending mode to Color Burn.

Add an inner glow and satin layer styles:

Inner Shadow Structure Blend Mode: Color Burn Color: #000000 Opacity: 100 Angle: 22 Use Global Light: Uncheck Distance: 14 Choke 0 Size: 8 Quality Contour: Default Anti-aliased: Uncheck Noise: 0

Satin Structure Blend Mode: Color Dodge Color: #F2FA83 Opacity:100 Angle: 19 Distance: 26 Size: 13 Contour: Picture below Anti-aliased: Uncheck Invert: Check

Finale:

Duplicate the layer effect behind the main text layer. The more you add a duplicated layer the better it will look.

The slogan is font Eurostile, Bold, 10 pt, Smooth and #BC8D21 with a black stroke.
