You must have photoshop cs or higher to create this graphic!
1. Open up a new document with the dimensions:
Width - 500 px
Height - 500 px
2. Go to filter > render > lens flare
3. Select the movie prime setting and put one in the middle of the page.
4. Press ctrl + alt + f to open up the lens flare render again.
5. Put a flare in the top right corner.
6. Repeat step 4, this time putting a flare in the bottom right corner. Your document should look something like this:
7. Now go to filter > distort > polar coordinates
8. Select 'Rectangular to Polar
9. Your document should look like this:
10. Now go to the blending options in the layers pallet and select gradient overlay:
11. Use these settings...
12. This is my final product:
Optional Add a gaussian blur set to 0.5 pixels
With blur:
