Now you should have something like this.
12. Now ctrl+click on the "glass" layer to load its selection than create new layer and name it "metal". Now take Eliptical Marquee Tool set its options to "Subtract from selection" and subtract some parts of your selection.
13. Now go to Select > Modify > Expand and expand your selection by 2px. Now fill your selection with #FFFFFF Now go to Filter > Noise > Add noise and apply this settings.
14. Go to Filter > Blur > Radial blur and apply this settings.
15. Now apply following blending options.

You're done with your menu. You can easily change the colour of the glass by adding to the step 11 "color overlay" options.
