oke here something that looks like galaxy bubble but this is the extreme version,,,here we go

1.new image about 500x500 and make the background black

2.get your blurry brush tool and make small and big bubbles like this

3. now go to filter/distort /twirl and twirl i a bit like 50 or 100 or 200
whatever u think looks best

4.now go to filter/stylize/wind,and ad some wind
now u should have some like this

5. now copy the layer 4 times (4x ctrlj)

6.now filter /sketch/chrome than with setting detail=10 smoothness=0,,and set the layer style to ligthen

7.klik on layer copy 2 and chrome it again with the same settings ,than
filter /distort /wave and klick on randomize to get the wave u want,and set the layer style to lighten again

u can stop here than give it a little color balance and here's what i got

if u wanne go even more extreme than follow the next setting

8. klick on layer copy 1 and do the same thing as i did with layer copy2,,don't forget to put the layer style to lighten

9. klick the layer copy and go to filter/skecth chrome/with the same settings again, than to filter/distort/twirl and use a big twirl,,and set the layer style to lighten

10. klick the last layer and, now just go to filter/distort/twirl settings like 250,, oke now your done
