Hiya once again!
Here you learn how to create a plasma effect in Photoshop!
1.Create a new document with a size of your choice(mine was 600*600) and fill it black.

2.Spread Rendering-Filter/dazzling marks randomly all over the document.

3.Duplicate the layer and use the Artistic Filters/Chrome Filter.

4.Set the layer mode of the chrome layer to screen and press Cmd(Mac OS)/Ctrl(Windows)-E to merge the layers.

5.Duplicate the layer and use the Vortex Filter.

6.Set the layer mode to lighten.

7.Duplicate the basic layer and use Polarcoordinates on it.

8.Set the layer mode to lighten.

10.Press Cmd(Mac OS)/Ctrl(Windows)-U to color the picture. Tick the box named Colorize and pick a color of your choice.

11.Duplicate the layer and press again Cmd(Mac OS)/Ctrl(Windows)-U to colorize the layer as described in step 10. Use a slightly darker color than before and set the layer mode to screen.

That's it! You're done!
